GALP | 3volution | Oil’16 Commercial Meeting
Challenge
Organising the 2016 Oil Commercial Meeting, the Iberian 4th edition, for 500 plus attendees. Unveiling Galp’s new positioning and branding – Galp. Energy creates energy – while simultaneously introducing the company’s new Evologic fuel, all during the same event.
Idea
We created the “3volution” concept to combine all three themes featured in the event – “Evologic”, “e-Digital” and “Execution”. During the event several innovative concepts were introduced through video mapping and a cutting edge attendees check-in tool was used, which generated high impact with the participants.
Result
The satisfaction and engagement levels for the 500 plus attendees was extremely high and this contributed to making this meeting another memorable event.
