Biogen | Reshape MS Event

Challenge

Biotech company Biogen organised an event around the theme of Multiple Sclerosis and its most recent and innovative treatments. Some of the most prestigious Portuguese neurologists were invited as well as international speakers.
The goal was to have an event apart from all others in the area, featuring a strong technological component and audience engagement.

Concept

In order to help the medical community to perceive Biogen as a company committed to changing the Multiple Scleroses treatment landscape we created the concept RESHAPE MS – Redefining time.

The National Coach Museum (Museu Nacional dos Coches) in Belém was the perfect venue to complement this concept with its bold architectural features and newly created infrastructures.

A custom stage was designed and several motion graphics videos were projected throughout the entire event, animating the different graphic elements from the event’s creative assets.

Results

Over 120 neurology specialists attend a memorable event during which Biogen Portugal’s message for 2017 was presented and the most recent and innovative treatments for Multiple Sclerosis were highlighted.
